EdgarScan is an interface to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval (SEC EDGAR). Filings are mostly quarterly and annual filings (10-Qs and 10-Ks) which contain key financial tables such as Income Statements and Balance Sheets. Users can select a set of companies (a peer group), and create bar or pie charts comparing the financial performance of the group along a variety of measures. Contains a glossary of form types which defines each type of filing.
