an individual who has created a post or project. In Penntags, owners are always members of the Penn community, and are identified by their Pennkey usernames.

a dynamic visual and textual representation of commonly used tags. Tags used more frequently appear in larger fonts than those used less frequently. The number of times a tag has been used appears in parentheses next to the tag.
