500,000 passionate supporters walk in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer every year to help achieve a future where breast cancer no longer threatens those we love.

H.E.A.R.T. Screening - Nazareth Hospital
October 14 (9:00AM)

H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Everyone Address Risks Today) Program screenings include: Lifestyle risk assessment; Physical fitness evaluation; Blood pressure and leg circulation measurements; and Cholesterol and blood sugar testing. After screenings are completed, registered nurses from Nazareth’s Community Outreach Department share the results with participants.
