Treasury department admits to seizing film depicting humanitarian mission by Quakers.  The film was shot by quakers, and while it doesn’t say where they are from (it’s a short story) given that they are quakers and it’s in the Philadelphia Inquirer, it’s a good bet that they are from somewhere in the vicinity of Philadelphia.
