Informal presentation by Mary Charles Lasater (Vanderbilt) on making SACO proposals based on MESH terms and other thesauri.   Since LCSH terms are generally based on literary warrant from print monographs, often new terminology will appear in journal articles first (particularly in the sciences).   Using these other sources increases interoperability between LCSH and other thesauri.
