Two of the items in the kit are for characters needed for some documents, such as accents and symbols. PubMed Central is very helpful for finding journals related to health sciences. The Sherpa/RoMEO link lists publisher's policies, and lets you see just what is allowed by each individual publisher. The Ulrich's link is a handy way to see if a journal is peer reviewed.
